**First Onsite** is seeking to hire a **full-time Project Coordinator** to manage the life cycle of construction job files from initiation through to receipt of payment. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT COORDINATOR**

You're the organized powerhouse behind the scenes-part air traffic controller, part detective, part spreadsheet ninja. From the moment your day starts, you're supporting one (or more) Project Managers by juggling admin tasks and files, reviewing estimates, and making sure no detail falls through the cracks.

You work hand-in-hand with the Branch Manager and PMs to keep jobs on track and timelines tight. You know the players -insurance companies, adjusters, and our internal teams - and you're the glue that holds it all together. Whether it's wrangling ClaimTrak, navigating Xactimate, or staying three steps ahead in Outlook, you've got the tools and the talent to make things happen.

Deadlines? You eat them for breakfast. Team support? Always. Controlled project delivery? That's your superpower.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficient with administrative software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Xactimate and XactAnalysis is a BONUS
- Strong data entry skills
- Solid grasp of basic math for administrative and light accounting tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and solution-focused approach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners
- The ability to pass a background check
