The SAP Project Manager will support the ERP Program Manager in overseeing the implementation and management of SAP projects within the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of SAP, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Analyze and design SAP Landscape reviews
- Analyze risk, establish contingency plans, and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure proper use of methodology, tools, and procedures.
- Maintain project KPI’s and analytics
- Ensure proper governance is in place to best meet project objectives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
- Provide regular updates to the ERP Program Manager and other stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and presentations as required.
- Plan and lead comprehensive end-user acceptance testing and integration testing
- Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer.
- Provide support and guidance on change management processes
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and implementation methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
