Client Services Supervisor

Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.
We are looking for a **Client Service Supervisor** who can be autonomous in leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team consisting of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Language Pathologists while also supporting our clients. Our next **Client Service Supervisor** will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.

This is a position based at our Simcoe County office.
- You will be the responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
- You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under mínimal supervision.
- You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
- You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
- You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.
**Skills needed for success**:
- Preferably an Allied Health Professional with active membership in their respective regulatory college
- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Solid background in a healthcare setting and comfortable in dealing with clients who have dynamic and complex cases.
- Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
