Building Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical systems, painting, drywall
- Conduct inspections of building facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or employees in a timely manner
- Fabricate or weld parts as needed for repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service to employees

Qualifications:

- Experience in labor work
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills

Pay: $22.43-$25.47 per hour
