LAST CALL To Clean It All LTD is looking to hire immediately for day time cleaning positions. You MUST have a drivers license for this opportunity. This position is a combination of residential, commercial, and post construction cleaning. Experience is a huge asset but not required. If you're looking to change your career, looking for something that keeps you active, looking for something long term, you're flexible, team player (but also fine with working independently), you are a natural leader & fun to work with... this might be the perfect opportunity for you You must have some flexibility in terms of hours worked.

As a professional cleaner, you love physical, active work that allows you to move around, instead of sitting behind a desk all day. You have a special passion for cleaning, and find real satisfaction in leaving a space looking better than when you found it. You are naturally detail-oriented and disciplined to follow proper process, procedures and safety guidelines. You can manage your time well, plan out your workload, and enjoy the rewards of watching a space transform under your care. You take pride in your work, and understand that with each clean, you’re making a positive impression, and ultimately, providing an exceptional, value-added service which keeps your customers happy and thrilled to work with you

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Be reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job duties.
- Have excellent time management skills, be organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Strong communication & customer service skills to work closely with clients and the public.
- Be physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning required. Previous cleaning experience an asset, as well as WHMIS certification.
- Be able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays. (Not required, but an asset)
- Have a valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver’s License in good standing and your own vehicle. (Not required, but an asset)
