We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate Physicians to join our team. At Leroux Medical Clinic, we believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment with our allied care providers, medical staff and physicians.

Our clinic has recently undergone a renovation, providing each new physician with their own dedicated exam room and charting space to settle in comfortably. At Leroux, we’ve got your back with excellent administrative and billing support, plus hands-on mentorship that really makes a difference. You'll be working alongside a seasoned clinic owner and a skillful, supportive office manager and staff that will lend their expertise in billing and panel management—creating the perfect environment for you to thrive as a new physician or seasoned veteran.

Position Overview:
As a family physician at Leroux Medical Clinic, you will deliver primary and long-term care to our patients. Clinic hours are flexible, accommodating both full and part time work arrangements. In addition to your clinic work, you will participate in emergency coverage rotation with a community of collegial physicians at the Elk Valley Hospital in Fernie. The shifts are 8 hours, approximately 7 to 8 times a month. The Elk Valley Hospital is a 20-bed facility, offering a range of services including emergency care, inpatient services, and diagnostic imaging.
