**Job Description**:
Calipsa, a Motorola Solutions company, is on a mission to make watching live video obsolete and accelerate investigations. We are building a cloudbased platform that automatically connects with cameras, processes and analyzes their content and only forward actionable alerts to our customers. We are working with the biggest security companies in the world, actively monitoring over 25 thousand sites worldwide. We are expecting to massively grow the number of cameras and traffic on our platform in the near future.

Our cloudbased platform connects seamlessly with all cameras regardless of their brand or model and processes a wide range of analytics in realtime. You will lead this unit and expand the team to build a robust and scalable architecture in order to enable millions of alarms to be processed on our platform. You are expected to create a cloud analytics platform accessible to the entire MSI product portfolio and enhance it with the latest AI technologies.

You will be responsible for all the infrastructure, scalability and quality assurance of Calipsas cloud platform overlooking the devops, the database and the QA engineering. You will lead a small but growing team of very senior and talented individuals to grow Calipsa from 200k to 20 millions connected cameras. You will have a lot of flexibility to bring state of the art processes around QA to guarantee very aggressive SLAs. Your role will be to understand and prioritize your teams work to manage the risk efficiently to prevent any incidents for our customers. You will collaborate with all the development teams working directly and indirectly on the Calipsa codebase and communicate clearly the different progress and achievements to other stakeholders of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead state of the art engineering processes to ensure the scalability of our product and teams

Build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of engineers

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our product, platform and services.

Take critical infrastructure decisions to manage risk effectively

Responsible for the quality and delivery scalability of db and infra of the product

Overseeing with the red team the cyber security aspect of the product ISO certification, pen test etc.

Drive infra pipeline and test automation to ensure a smooth product delivery

Desired Skills

Advance knowledge and experience in QAdevops

Ability to lead a team of individual contributors with a focus on coaching, feedback

Drive implementation and usage of tools, such as JIRA and GitHub, and processes to support product and engineering teams
