**Mongolian Village Grill in Bells Corner is looking to hire Full & Part-time Server/Bartender for long-term employment**
- **A super busy & high-volume restaurant since 1998 We are looking to grow 'Our' Serving Team for the busy season**:

- **We offer competitive wages, 20% store discount on food and flexible schedules with Full-time or Part-time opportunities**:

- **We're looking for individuals with previous serving experience and the ability to multi-task
- **Salary: $16 -$18 per hour +tips**

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum 4 years of serving/bartending experience in a restaurant**:

- **Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items to make recommendations**:

- **Table service for guests (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily specials, placing orders with kitchen)**:

- **Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies**:

- **Prepare classic cocktails, wines & spirits beverages**:

- **Processing bills and taking payment**:

- **Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely**

**Qualifications**:

- **Great with time management and multi-tasking**:

- **Must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods**:

- **Must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative**

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
