**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain warranty policies and procedures.
- Manage warranty claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor warranty claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related activities.
- Prepare reports on warranty performance for management review.
- Assist in the development of training materials for internal staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, QC H9H 2A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
