Produce Clerk

Market Fresh is a family-owned, single-location specialty grocery store that specializes in providing customers with high-quality products and superior customer experiences.

Market Fresh's produce department focuses on high-quality produce, including local products.

We are seeking a produce clerk to complement our produce team.

A produce clerk prepares, packages, receives and stocks products.

**You will be responsible for**
- Assist customers with produce selections and share knowledge of products
- Receive product orders
- Assist in the setting up of our produce wet wall
- Merchandise displays attractively and rotate products per quality and First In First Out (FIFO) standards
- Clean and sanitize workstations thoroughly
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting

**Competencies we value**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
