Company Description
**As one of Canada's top home retail destinations for bed, bath, kitchen, and home decor, Linen Chest is looking for talented individuals to join our Digital Marketing department.**

**The Web Content Coordinator** will be responsible for creating content that is eye-catching and informative, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and relevant, and optimizing the website for search engine rankings. They will also be responsible for monitoring web analytics and making changes or adjustments as needed to ensure that visitors have the most enjoyable possible experience when visiting the website.

**Job Description**:

- ** **Updates all web properties regularly with new content, including entering text and image-based content into the Content Management System (Magento).
- Achieves accuracy and clarity in the written product descriptions;
- Provides proofreading and formatting services, verifying content display, and routing content for internal approval
- When necessary, seeks out additional information and pictures;
- Assures that content is consistent and of high quality across the organization by liaising with various parties.
- Coordination with the drop-ship team to validate that all content and visual assets meet company standards and ensure all products are online on time.
- Make sure templates are valid;

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally, as well as work well with others in a team environment
- The ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects, maintain commitments, and meet strict deadlines in a highly demanding and fast-paced work environment is important.
- An ability to solve problems, organize and prioritize with high levels of initiative;
- A thorough, meticulous approach
- An understanding of modern office methods, practices, and procedures, as well as filing and organizational methods.
- The ability to respond to shifting priorities and demands with flexibility.
- Having a good command of both written English and French (asset) (bilingual)
- The ability to understand and use French grammar and syntax is an asset
- Competencies in Excel
- A working knowledge of Photoshop (asset)
- Having experience with Magento or another CMS management tool for e-commerce (asset)
