Cleaning Staff

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various cleaning tasks and minor maintenance.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding any maintenance issues or supply needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
- Assist in facilities maintenance as needed, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory as long as you enjoy cleaning and have attention to detail
- Familiarity with effective cleaning techniques and a commitment to finishing each space with care and excellence.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
