**WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;**
- Engage with both the Customer Service and Sales teams as required to ensure correct pricing is in place for the invoicing activities.
- Issue invoices, and process credit memos.
- Multitask, address customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Directing invoicing queries to the responsible groups should the issue fall outside the realm of the responsibility of the Billing Specialist.
- Preparing monthly billing reports.
- Assist other departments in resolving inconsistencies.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable department with the correction of invoices.
- Strong understanding of accounting practices and strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and is comfortable working with various departments within the organization.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- High School or College graduate
- Previous experience as a billing coordinator or in a similar role
- Working knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legal regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent financial skills
- Proven ability to build morale and continually improve the performance of the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Billing Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
