**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead, train, and develop a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Create and implement training programs that enhance staff skills and improve overall team performance.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Manage customer service interactions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee sales management activities, including negotiating contracts, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
- Monitor facility operations to maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment functionality.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored fitness solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and team performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in team management within the fitness industry or related fields.
- Strong training development skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Strong time management capabilities to handle various tasks efficiently.
- Experience in sales management within a retail or fitness environment is preferred.
- Effective communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
