**To be successful as a New Resident Billing Specialist, you will**:

- Have Knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable
- Possess intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently in order to meet prescribed deadlines
- Ability to ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their own work
- Skill in customer service, such as, providing helpful and courteous support, uncovering customer needs and working in ways to provide solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment by soliciting and sharing information, collaborating with others on joint work/projects, takes accountability for their work and supports group decisions
- Proven oral and written communication skills by listening to others and sharing information
- Proven alignment with our vision and organizational values of caring, passion, hands-on, innovation, positive can-do attitude, and hard work
