S.O.S Exteriors is a growing Property Maintenance and Landscaping company in Lethbridge Alberta. Quality, reputation and accountability are our top priorities We specialize in year-round Property Maintenance with Snow Removal and Lawn Care, and other seasonal maintenance's as needed. We also build and maintain all types of fences, install landscapes with our specialties being in Paver Patio's/Retaining Walls and stone work, as well as Irrigation systems and Plantings. In winters we specialize in providing the very best Snow Removal Service available. We serve mainly Residential clients, which means we uphold quality and reputation to the highest standards.

Our openings right now are mainly for CASUAL WINTER LABOUR positions, but we are also looking to build out our team for Spring of 2025.

Employees are expected to be ACCOUNTABLE for the well-being of themselves, the clients, and S.O.S Exteriors. We are looking for GROWTH minded individuals to help us grow a long-term, sustainable business which will provide careers to the one's who join now and greatly benefit all who interact with it.

Responsibilities Include;
- Exposure to all sorts of weather conditions
- Driving company vehicles (if licensed)
- Snow Removal (by means of shovel, backpack blower, or Snow Thrower machine)
- Mowing lawns (typically self-propelled Push Mowers, String Trimmers)
- Lawn/Yard care (Aerations, Power Raking, Leaf Cleanings, Shrub Pruning)
- Heighth Work (Gutter/Window Cleanings)
- Construction/Landscapes (Fences, patios, large plantings and irrigation systems)
- Duties regularly include repetitive motions and heavy lifting
- Self-Sufficiency on mobile work sites (pack lunch, fluids, etc...)

Qualifications Include;
- Knowledge of workscopes/yard maintenance an asset, but not mandatory.
- Monday-Friday DayTime availability(Summers)
- Fairly flexible schedule to work early mornings and weekends(Winters)
- Being able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Drivers licence is preferred.
- Being able to lift 50+lbs on a daily basis, sometimes repeatedly.
- Previous knowledge of property care is an asset, but not necessary.
- Knowledge of operation of Mowers and lawn care equipment.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
