We are seeking highly motivated and customer-friendly individuals to join our team as Cashier at the largest auto parts dealer in Eastern Ontario. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with customers, and want to be part of a dynamic team, we invite you to grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Cashier, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Invoice and Cash Reconciliation**:

- Accurately process sales transactions, including invoicing and cash handling.
- Reconcile daily cash and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.

**Customer Checkout**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers at the counter.
- Process customer purchases promptly and accurately.

**Customer Returns**:

- Efficiently handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Ensure returned items are properly documented and processed.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist team members as needed during peak periods, vacations, and breaks.

**Additional Tasks**:

- Be adaptable and willing to take on various tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
- Cover for other employees during their vacations and breaks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers and work within a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.

**Compensation**:

- Salary to be discussed during the hiring process.

- Work schedule from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and every second Saturday from 8 am to 12:00 Pm
