**Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and Manage pipeline within assigned territories
- Meet with business Decision Makers face to face to discuss wants and needs
- Utilize our CRM software to help keep track of pipeline activity
- Follow up with new accounts to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Directly report sales activity to the President

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year in a sales role OR minimum 3 years in a customer facing role
- B2B or B2C experience preferred
- Provide own transportation (territory is in the Edmonton area. Public transportation is acceptable)
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check on behalf of Ruker
- **NO Vaccine requirements**
**Pay**:
- Minimum weekly base of $600
- Average rep earning $3,800 - $6,400 monthly _(uncapped commissions)_
