Christmas Lighting Technicians and Subcontractors

Illuminations Lighting has been providing professional holiday and landscape lighting services since 1999 all throughout York Region and parts of Durham Region, we are excited to add to our team.

**Location: 211 Regional Road 39, Zephyr, ON L0E1T0**

Contract position is from October to end of March.

**Hiring...Technicians - Lead Hands - Subcontractors**
- Are self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable and have a great attitude and work ethic, and take pride in doing high quality work.
- Prefer to work outdoors, with your hands, both independently and with a team, while not being micro-managed.

This would be a perfect position for anybody working in the roofing, window washing, lawn care or landscaping industry.

**EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS LISTED BELOW**

**PAYROLLED TECHNICIANS**
- Hours - start 7am finish 5pm-7pm - 5 to 7 days a week
- Starting salary - $20/hr
- Paid Overtime (1.5 x salary)
- Not required to drive boom truck and to assist lead hands on site installing Christmas lights, garland etc. on residential and commercial properties. Summer months - installing permanent lighting and low voltage landscape lighting on commercial and residential properties
- Must have impeccable references

**PAYROLLED LEAD HANDS**
- Hours - start 7am finish 5pm-7pm - 5 to 7 days a week
- Starting salary - $30/hr
- Paid Overtime (1.5 x salary)
- Required to drive boom truck and lead site installations of Christmas lights, garland etc. on residential and commercial properties. Summer months - installing permanent lighting and low voltage landscape lighting on commercial and residential properties
- Responsibilities - Manage one or two technicians on site, fill out required installation documents with company tablet, quality control, communication with customers
- Must be extremely organized - have attention to detail - problem solving skills - safety oriented - good driving record - bondable - impeccable references

**SUBCONTRACTORS - $1800 - $2100 per day (Piecework)** **CALL FOR MORE DETAILS 905 881 7942**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: Up to $2,200.00 per day
