Experience with SDLC and Business process methodologies

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently

Need to have good analytical skills to work on production support-type projects

Client-facing experience preferred

Experience working on large enterprise projects

Collaborating with clients and SMEs to elicit and document business & technical requirements

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and is capable of multi-tasking and managing concurrent tasks and initiatives

Must be flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment, and make quick and sound decisions under pressure

Must be reliable, pro-active, results-oriented, customer-focused, attentive to details, and a team player

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can build and foster relationships with team members and peers

Capital Market Domain experience will be an added advantage

Working experience with systems development methodologies and software development technologies, concepts, and lifecycle

Experience in a production support environment will be an added advantage

Experience in leading/liaising with the off-shore team is a plus

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
