**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Watch over children and make sure they are safe
- Providing fun ideas for games and activities; keeping things fresh.
- Help children feel happy after a long day at school.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
- Collaborate with other staff to enhance the After School experience.
- Provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong background in support for children.
- Ability to engage with children effectively and create positive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with Elementary children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License (in case of Emergency)

**Pay**

**2 Month Probationary period of $17.50/hour then raise to $20/hour**
