Connext Staffing is currently seeking a **Branch Sales Manager** for an exciting opportunity in **Chilliwack, BC**. **About the role**:
As the Branch/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes ensuring the efficient functioning of the branch, identifying potential clients, and conducting sales calls, meetings, and communications. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with current, previous, and prospective clients, as well as connect with referral partners and community groups for recruitment purposes. Effective communication with your team and the corporate support staff is crucial for creating a highly efficient and collaborative environment. Additionally, you may be involved in basic administrative duties such as onboarding, offboarding, interviewing, and documentation.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in the staffing and recruiting agency is a must.
- A driven individual with a genuine passion for their community.
- Outgoing and engaging personality, excited about connecting with all members of the community.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of high retention rates.
- Creative and self-starting mindset.
- Proficiency in operating CRM and ATS systems, as well as Google/Microsoft Applications, etc.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
