- Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Conduct inspections and identify any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with maintaining swimming pool under Public Health Regulations.
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
