**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Processing & Packaging**: Accurately process customer orders, create shipping labels, and package items with care to ensure safe delivery.
- **Customer Communication**: Provide clear, professional communication to clarify order details, resolve issues, and offer updates on order status.
- **Technology Utilization**: Manage orders using tools like **ShipStation** and **SOS Inventory**, while maintaining organized and accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- **Exceptional Service**: Deliver an outstanding customer experience, addressing inquiries and maintaining a positive company image.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with shipping couriers (Purolator, Loomis, UPS, Canada Post) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with **ShipStation** and **SOS Inventory** is highly desirable.
- Background in automotive parts sales or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
