The program ensures consistency, continuity, rigour, and fun. “Ready, Set, Swim " provides a common language for students and instructors - a common language, with uncommon results. **About Our Lessons**: Aqua Essence delivers swimming and water safety programs with a sharp focus on the swimmer as an individual. Our teaching methods generate a cycle of success and remarkable confidence in the pool.
