**LEXIA COMMUNICATIONS INC. **an authorized service provider for TELUS is presently hiring an energetic Full Time **Hardwired Alarm Technician** for TELUS Smart Home in **Edmonton, AB** and surrounding areas.

** Stable Job, with competitive pay**

**Pay range $35 - $40/hr**

**Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms**
- Install, service, and program **HARDWIRED Alarm systems.**:

- Troubleshooting security system.
- Mount and fasten keypad panels, door, and window contacts, etc.
- Provide service in accordance with the established procedures and techniques using proper tools, test equipment, and the replacement parts.
- Provide top-notch CUSTOMER SERVICE and tech support to the clients.

**What's Required**:

- Experience with Hardwired Systems such as DSC, Neo, is MUST
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- You will interact with consumers daily and should be comfortable and able to effectively communicate/train customers

**Must to have**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Basic tools
- Criminal background check
- Must know Hardwired Systems such as DSC, Neo, etc.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Work remotely**:

- No

**Job Types**:

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
