MFC Training is currently looking for **Building Maintenance Supervisor**to join our team in **Moncton, NB**.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General maintenance and upkeep around campus
- Light cleaning and tidying in dormitory rooms as students leave to get ready for new students
- Coordination with contractors on work needed:

- Contact, quote and work coordinating with our contractors including the following but not limited to:

- Summer lawn maintenance contractor
- Winter parking lot/ramp show removal
- Plumber, electrician, HVAC, etc.
- Building work needed to be completed by outside contractors
- Coordinating with MFC snow team to keep sidewalks and entrances clean in winter.
- Coordinating company vehicle maintenance with Campus Manager
- There will be some travel between Moncton and Fredericton campuses (but this position is mainly based in Moncton)
- Reports to the Campus Manager
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Currently holds a valid Class 5 driver's license
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Must possess strong interpersonal, decision making, organization and communication skills
