**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- The receptionist is the face of our office; as the first person most clients interact with, the receptionist must be friendly and inviting, professional and have strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and have computer and word processing proficiency. This is a Monday to Friday in-office 9-5 position that requires someone local, or within a reasonable commute time._

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Exceptional computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, data entry systems, typing;
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize, problem solve, manage time and multitask;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professionalism;
- Self-Motivated, able to work alone and with a team;
- Adaptability and flexibility in assisting agents and clients;
- Ability to take and follow direction;
- Positive attitude
- Must have a vehicle

**TYPICAL TASKS**:

- Greeting visitors/clients, assessing needs and directing them appropriately;
- Arranging for vendor cheque pick up and mail outs;
- Answering and forwarding phone calls;
- Assisting with mail outs for staff;
- Processing invoices on a timely basis;
- Data entry and upkeep;
- Proving support to staff and the management team as needed;
