We market to both residential and commercial clients looking for reliable moving, storage, and packing services, emphasizing professionalism, skilled experience, and exceptional service. As we grow, we are looking for a part-time Junior Accounting Assistant to help facilitate certain accounting duties.

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse operation. This role involves operating a forklift, managing inventory logs (especially POD usage), supporting the reset and maintenance of company trucks, and completing various physical and logístical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Forklift Operation**:
Safely operate the forklift to load/unload materials and move inventory within the warehouse.
- **Inventory Logging**:
Maintain accurate records of PODs (portable storage units) used, including check-ins and check-outs.
- **Truck Resetting & Cleaning**:
Reset and restock moving trucks after use; ensure trucks are cleaned out and ready for the next job.
- **Warehouse Maintenance**:
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Regularly sweep floors, organize equipment, and take out garbage.
- **General Labor & Support Tasks**:
Assist with miscellaneous tasks around the warehouse as needed, including equipment setup, minor repairs, and supporting incoming/outgoing jobs

**Requirements**:

- Forklift certification **(REQUIRED)**:

- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods **(REQUIRED)**:

- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Punctual and reliable
