Adi Development Group is looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our growing team working on our landmark developments in Burlington. **What You'll Be Doing**:

- Assisting in the development of the Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plan
- Conducting quality activities aligned with project scope as per the contract terms and conditions
- Performing visual examination, witnessing, monitoring, or documenting as per project quality and inspection testing plans.
- Liaising with Owner Representatives, Consultants and or Trade Partners on quality related items.
- Producing or collecting quality turnover documentation
- Acting as a liaison to provide technical assistance as needed.
- Verifying trade contractor compliance to their quality program and contract documents
- Assisting in the planning and documentation of mock-ups
- Working with field management to ensure the protection of finished work
- Staying current with industry practices and technologies and seeking new and innovative construction methods and processes
- Planning and carrying out assignments requiring familiarity with a broad range of civil and or geotechnical engineering with reciprocal knowledge of the work on other field of technical work
- Directing field activities, including investigation, monitoring and testing services on construction projects
- Attending project meetings and carrying out site inspections when technical guidance and support is required
- Writing and reviewing technical reports
- Site Review of building envelope construction and repair work

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years related experience
- Tradesperson or postsecondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in quality control within the construction industry.
- Understands specifications, methods, and procedures
- Strong construction inspection skills
- Demonstrated planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders
- Construction Engineering Technologist or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial preferred)
- Quality Management background or Quality Control / Assurance experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and Construction Standard Specifications.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong aptitude for new technologies
- Driver’s license and vehicle
