Protex Environmental is Saskatchewan's largest locally owned waste management and environmental services company, specializing in solid and liquid waste materials including used oil and automotive fluid waste management services, and we are growing We are looking for an energetic individual who seeks more than a typical truck driving role. Our logistics drivers are full-time hourly positions.

**Position & Scope**:
The Class 1A Logistics Driver will be responsible for operating our bulk liquid collection units as well as dry vans across Saskatchewan. The driver will require a high level of professionalism and customer service to consistently build positive relationships, and to promote Protex Environmental's service throughout our great province

**Key Accountabilities**
- Follow schedules and service orders in accordance with the Service Coordinators instructions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to established proceedures
- Complete service paperwork in accordance with Protex and TDG regulations
- Safely operate all required transport equipment & ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of truck cab, components, and other assigned equipment
- Participate in the Protex safety programs including: safety meetings, last minute risk assessments, and job hazard assessments

**Requirements**:

- Clean drivers abstract Class 1A is required, with minimum 1 year of driving experience.
- Able to work independently and self motivated, yet contribute in a team environment when required
- TDG knowledge and experience is an asset
- Liquid hauling experience is considered a high asset
- Experience with hours of service regulations, logbooks, and defensive driving techniques
- Experience working in a safety sensitive environment
- Ability to work out of town and overnight trips as required
- Able to handle physical aspects of the position as required, including some lifting

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
