Junior Carpenter

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct and assemble wooden frames for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.
- Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and joining materials.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required during the framing process.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Must have a vehicle for remote job sites

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a framer/carpenter or in a similar construction role is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
- Minimum of 1 year of framing experience is needed for this position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East York, ON M4G 4E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
