**Your role is important**

**Important for you to know**:

- Workplace location: Uxbridge, Ontario
- Work hours:

- Tuesday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30 pm ,
- Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm

**Your main responsabilities**
- Utilize your technical and mechanical knowledge to accurately identify and locate parts, using part numbers and compatibility information.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new parts and components.
- Provides product expertise and relevant parts recommendations to customers
- Prepares and follow-up on parts quotations, customer orders and all relevant reports
- Handle customer transactions: including sales, returns, in a timely manner
- Reconcile their transaction history and cash drawer at the conclusion of each shift
- Effectively communicate with all store and support center team members, management and customers
- Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards and all operating procedures
- Contribute proactively to improvements in branch sales and profitability
- Maintaining attractive and current showroom displays.
- Assist with the verification, stocking, and ordering of parts
- Assist with keeping the inventory control system accurate

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years’ experience in a Heavy Duty parts or technician related position.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software for inventory management and order processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and in a team environment
- Lifting of heavy equipment of up to 60 pounds
