Counter Staff

We are looking for Counter Staff and Team Members with a proven record of experience within fast casual restaurant concepts for our Robin's Store, 724 McKenzie Avenue, Atikokan, ON.

Job Requirements:

- Greets and connects with customers providing excellent service.
- Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.
- Responds to customer needs and thanks every customer.
- Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
- Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders such as Coffees, Hot Drinks and blended beverages among others.
- Baking and preparation of a variety of food items like Muffins, Pies, Danishes, Sandwiches among others
- Follows store policies and procedures.
- Performs daily tasks in accordance with the Opening/Closing/Shift handover and cleaning standards working as a team player.
- Follow cash handling, register policies and accounting policies
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of one year experience in Food & Beverage.
- Previous experience in a similar environment an asset
- Energetic, motivated, team player.
