**Job Overview**

The Dime is a casual and trendy barbershop in downtown Lethbridge, AB. Our barbers and stylists enjoy flexible working hours/time off. **Responsibilities**
- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or products.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, and handling customer inquiries.
- Build rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Keep an up to date Instagram presences to serves as a portfolio for potential clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Certification required with minimum 2 years experience, as well as a strong client base. Sorry, not accepting apprentices at the moment.
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques and knowledge of various grooming products.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an aptitude for upselling products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations regarding sanitation practices.
