We are seeking a dedicated Customer and Retail Specialist to join our team. This position offers flexible hours, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in our physical store location
- Assist with managing our e-commerce presence
- Utilize Shopify platform for online sales and inventory management
**Requirements**:
- Previous retail experience
- Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce platforms
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in-store
- Passion for cycling, running or the outdoors.
