In this role, you'll play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our growing brokerage, helping to deliver a smooth and professional client experience while contributing to the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist brokers and the sales team with administrative support and daily operations
- Actively participate in efforts to attract and engage new clients
- Organize and maintain leads, prospects, and pipeline activities using CRM systems
- Manage documentation related to client transactions, policies, and contracts
- Provide timely, professional communication with clients and respond to inquiries
- Follow up with leads to support business development efforts
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and client support processes

- Commitment to a 2-3 year employment term
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
