We are committed to fostering inclusion and enhancing quality of life. Our organization operates 43 properties in Red Deer and 1 in Lacombe.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a full-time **Maintenance Worker** to join our team. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role is essential to maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance on all properties.
- Address maintenance call-outs, which may involve minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall, as well as resolving unsafe conditions.
- Assist with operational tasks such as moving furniture, completing renovations, and upgrading or installing safety-related equipment.
- Monitor and participate in routine yard maintenance.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and meet operational standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Requirements**:

- High school diploma (Grade 12).
- Certification or demonstrated experience in construction trades or maintenance.
- Physical fitness to perform the role, including the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract.
- Clear Police Information Check and Child Intervention Record Check.

**Hours and Compensation**:

- ** Schedule**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Some flexibility may be required for occasional weekend, evening, or early morning work.
- ** Wage**: $21.45 - $29.81 per hour, based on education and experience.
