**Reports To**: Director of Marketing

Our marketing team is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to help drive brand awareness and capture new leads for our key products—Cannabis Retail POS, eCommerce, and Payment—as well as our integrated partners. This is a strategic and critical role for our team. If you're a passionate and experienced B2B product marketer with demonstrable success working with emerging products and driving GTM strategies, you're just who we're looking for.

**Role **Description**:
A the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will focus on analyzing and understanding our audience segments, which have different needs based on their location and their placement in the customer journey. You will work closely with the team to develop growth marketing strategies and achieve our lead generation, lead nurture and lead conversion goals to increase revenue. Your work will include creating marketing programs that will engage and persuade new and existing customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Create audience segments and develop marketing campaigns with targeted, persuasive messages that drive brand prominence and qualified leads.
- Create value propositions that communicate clearly to target audiences.
- Leverage full value from marketing automation processes and tools.
- Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process, positioning and messaging.
- Lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and aesthetic of all internal, external communications and marketing materials
- Identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
- Coordinate and cultivate strong working relationships with content, creative, sales and the broader organization
- Travel to tradeshows as required.
- Create Campaign strategy, messages, execution, as well as Event management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in SaaS within a B2B role.
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns and materials that drive sales growth, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing campaign performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
- Dynamic, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset, with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
- Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
- Familiar with networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

**30-Day Goal**:
Demonstrate ability to collaborate with the team and contribute to campaigns while learning about our industry, products, brand voice, audience, and strategies, along with the tools and processes we use.

**60-Day Goal**:
The ability to independently execute a multi-channel campaign based on a brief, leveraging all resources, incorporating feedback, needing only approval to launch.

**90-120 Day Goal**:
Contributing strategically, building or improving audience segmentations and workflow automation. Ability to suggest and own the execution of effective campaigns end-to-end.
