**JOB SUMMARY** The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing outstanding welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the hotel and local area, and offering our hotel amenities and services to them. Front Service Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests
**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
- Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
- Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
- Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.
- Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
- Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration cards, reservation cards, and property walks.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and travel directions.
- Records pertinent guest information in the pass on log.
- Ensures common area/lobby is clean
- Other tasks may be assigned
- Maintains all service standards
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour
