**Duties**:
As part of the Senior Management Team within the Technology and Information Services Sector, the incumbent leads the development, delivery and support of our Cloud based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program, including the human capital management, finance and scheduling systems for the Service.
The incumbent is responsible for the review and design of the service delivery model, business processes and relationships with our third-party service providers. The incumbent will oversee the business development and system adaptation process as part of the overall technology strategy for the ERP and liaise with internal business and support functions to gain commitment and support in a multidimensional IT framework. As part of the IT framework, the incumbent transforms operational business into corporate strategy and ensures an integrated approach to system management.
The incumbent manages the development, implementation, support processes, release management and continuous improvement of the ERP program and develops mechanisms to support the program delivery as part of the corporate priorities for the Service. A team of support functions will report directly to the Deputy Chief, providing system critical support for all HR and finance activities within the system, including accounting, procurement, contracting, staffing, organization design, scheduling and leave activities.
The incumbent demonstrates leadership and management of the ERP program. The incumbent influences the vision and strategy for a robust service delivery model for the Service. The incumbent leads the strategic business and operational planning process; reporting requirements; risk mitigation; stakeholder liaison; and corporate priority alignment for the business line.

EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in information services, information technology, management or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
Degree equivalency
EXPERIENCE:
E1 - Recent* and significant** experience leading corporate or operational programs and services.
E2 - Recent* experience in providing strategic advice, briefings, and recommendations to senior management (Director level or above) on complex corporate and operational ERP issues and challenges.
E3 - Recent* experience in establishing and maintaining partnerships, including consultation and collaboration, with internal and external stakeholders (including vendor relationships) to deliver improved business outcomes including managing Service Level Agreements.
E4 - Experience managing human resources**.
DEFINITIONS:

**SIGNIFICANT is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of complex activities related to this task, which are acquired on a full-time basis over a period of a minimum of five (5) years.
**Experience MANAGING HUMAN RESOURCES is defined as: Clearly demonstrating that you have supervised staff, assigned work, managed, and assessed performance.
