**The opportunity**
We are looking for **Store Associates **with an entrepreneurial spirit and an appreciation for high quality products to join us in-store. Your focus will be to create and provide a memorable experience for all our customers, treating them as guests, providing samples, recommendations, and advice.

**What you will do**:
- Be a brand champion. You will educate consumers on the Wild Fork Brand and the Wild Fork Way processes.
- Become a product and culinary expert (Friendly Butcher & Personal Chef). You will participate in education and share knowledge and deep insights to guests, provide great recipes, and offer tips on how to pick and prepare products.
- Provide white glove service. You will elevate the customer shopping journey and check-out process; deliver an experience to remember by personalizing every step of the way.
- Supply chain management. You will perform regular stock replenishment duties, inventory and cycle counts, product rotation, store standards, consistent presentable conditions, and housekeeping.
- Process customer e-commerce online orders. You will pick, pack, and oversee timely product hand out for deliveries.

You are focused on delivering an exceptional experience and have a keen awareness of sales drivers. You are a problem solver and can change priorities to accommodate urgent requests.

- Flexibility. You are available to work across different shifts, including weekends, evenings, and early mornings. You are willing and able to travel for training and periodically for further professional development if needed. You can meet the physical demands of the role, lifting up to 50 pounds when unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving products, standing, reaching, and walking within the store for 8 Hours, and tolerating exposure to extreme temperatures via a walk-in freezer.
