We are looking for individuals who could work casual, this includes Days, evenings and night shifts. With a casual position at Magnolia, we give you the opportunity to work the shifts that work with you and your family.

The Magnolia - Enfield, NS Located at 416 Highway #2, the Magnolia accommodates 71 residents. There are five cottages within the home with 12 to 15 individuals. Each resident has a single room with a private washroom. Each cottage has its own kitchen, dining room, living room, bathing suites and access to enclosed garden spaces.

**Responsibilities**:
At the Magnolia, the Continuing Care Assistant has an enhanced role where she/he: Maintain a casual position.

Provides personal care. Facilitates recreation activities within the cottage. Prepares and serves meals to residents. Provides light housekeeping to the individual rooms and within the cottage. Assists residents with their laundry.

**Qualifications**:
Continuing Care Assistant Certification (CCA)Registered with CCA Registry

Proof of Vaccination

A current and original copy Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check is required, completed within 3 months

Able to communicate effectively with clients and families in a clear and effective manner that demonstrates respect, empathy and understanding.Strong assessment skills.Ability to work independently and problem solve.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
