**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about making a difference in mental health care? Join our team as a **Mental Health Worker** in our Supported Living program, where you will provide essential support to individuals facing psychiatric illnesses and challenges such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, cluster B personality traits, and depression. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing essential support and facilitating activities that promote recovery and well-being within our Mental Health services. Your dedication will directly impact the lives of our clients, families, and stakeholders by offering coaching, education, training, and valuable resource support.

**Qualifications**:
Successful incumbent should have a strong understanding of **psychosocial rehabilitation practices** along with excellent organizational, time management, and general management skills. They must demonstrate a commitment to a problem-solving approach and exhibit proficiency in written, oral, and interpersonal communication. The ability to develop program-related reference materials, work independently or as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive issues with confidentiality is essential.

This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
