**Base Pay
- $42,000 per year to start**

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Experience in quality assurance operations
- Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality and make improvement recommendations (if applicable)
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to recognize patterns and similarities in work and propose optimizations
- Strong interest in quality and user experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, across offices and time zones
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Skills in Excel and Spreadsheet management
- Creative, curious and can think outside the box
- English speaker with good vocabulary
- 1-2+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Use in-house tools to validate images with an intimate understanding of qualifications and criteria
- Gain basic understanding of AI to better understand how labels are used by the platform algorithms
- Ability to make judgement calls on difficult edge cases that might come up during labeling
- Review photos of homes in assigned categories and make accurate decisions
- Intake and absorb a category’s unique criteria & DNA
- Ensure a thorough understanding of all key components for a listing are considered
- Actively spot data trends, share insights and suggest workflow enhancements
- Drive simplifications & optimizations
- Accurately review and respond to escalations, & real time queries raised by internal team
- Work on other Ad-Hoc tasks and improvement projects as per business needs
- Ensuring a high quality accuracy and standard are met
- Work & collaborate within a team environment across different geographies and cultures
