**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Detail oriented
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Willingness to be involved with continuing education as required

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Work with the unit in preparing benefit payment packages, including applicable forms
- Prepare outgoing mail (benefit packages, large mailings, etc.)
- Prepare outgoing daily mail as required
- Process incoming mail, including setting up and pulling files, and ensuring payment files are complete
- Distribute incoming mail accordingly
- Organize and monitor office supplies
- Data cleansing and member file maintenance as required
- Cleanse and maintain member payment files for all regions (filing)
- Pulling and preparing existing files/documents for scanning
- Assist with Reception relief as required
- Assist with special projects and preparation of meeting material
- Pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying files, and, periodically, files and boxes of supplies, weighing up to 25 — 40 pounds
- Other administrative duties as required

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
