- Zurich Canada is currently looking for Actuarial graduates for an Entry-Level Actuarial Analyst position. As an Actuarial Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Transactional Actuarial Pricing team with data analysis, modeling, and reporting. Your work will help us price products for large commercial accounts responsibly, manage risk, and ensure a brighter future for our customers. You’ll gain hands-on experience, develop technical skills, and grow within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What you will do
- Provide general transactional pricing support, in particular data analysis to support pricing and risk assessment, for Large Accounts, Programs or MGA’s.
- Produce, maintain and deliver actuarial standard reports for internal stakeholders sent on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Work closely with actuaries, underwriters, and other teams to support pricing and business needs.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Actuarial Pricing team as required.
- Work individually or in a team, and follow directions from your manager, mentor and more senior team members.
- Become familiar with actuarial pricing tools and methodology, participate in training.
- Continuously learn and pursue actuarial exams.

Job Qualifications - What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated, punctual, professional and able to work independently
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada.

**Preferred**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with databases and actuarial software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) is a plus.
