**Job Description**:
The **Store Merchandiser / Visual Presentation** will be joining our Visual Presentation team and will be in charge of implementing corporate visual strategies to maximize sales and improve brand image.

He/she will be reporting directly to the Merchandising Manager and will be responsible for supporting the (store name) store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Merchandising Manager to assess the specific needs and support requirements for the store ;
- Partner with the Store Manager to implement or interpret corporate visual strategies based on specific store needs, while keeping the brand image consistent;
- Coaching and updating the Store Manager and Department Head on visual standards to ensure brand consistency;
- Participate with the rest of the team on daily or priority tasks, such as signage, red and yellow tags, consolidations, etc;
- Implements or dismantles seasonal/promotional window displays and interior decorations.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be available full time, Monday through Friday;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organizational/ detail oriented skills;
- Ability to coach and train co-workers ;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment ;
- Flexible to work weekends for special projects.
