**About **t**he **r**ole**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Assistant Customer Service Manager** to work with the Front End team and the Olive Branch leadership team to provide excellence in customer service.

**What **you'll** do**:

- Provide exceptional service to every Olive Branch customer
- Support cashiers, manage customer inquiries, facilitate Olive Branch service programs, and more
- Work primarily afternoon/evening shifts

**What **you’ll** bring**:

- Experience in and a commitment to community and customer service
- Resourceful and courteous
- Motivated to learn new things and grow within the Olive Branch family
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends
- An outstanding teammate with good interpersonal skills
- Adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in grocery retail is preferred
