Cleaner- Residential and Commercial

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform commercial and residential cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to ensure the upkeep of the premises.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
